Rent 2 Riches Terms & Conditions

1. INTERPRETATION

1.1 Definitions. In these Conditions:

Rent 2 Riches: The trading name of Elysia Enterprises Ltd.Client: The individual or company purchasing the Products and/or Services from Rent 2 Riches.Commencement Date: The date Rent 2 Riches begins provision of the Products and/or Services.Conditions: These Terms and Conditions, which may be amended from time to time.Contract: The agreement between Rent 2 Riches and the Client including these Conditions and the Order.Fees: Payment required for the Products and/or Services.Order: The Client’s purchase confirmation for the Products and/or Services.Products and/or Services: The online course(s) and access provided by Rent 2 Riches.Client Data: All data provided to Rent 2 Riches by the Client or generated by use of Products and/or Services.

2. BASIS OF CONTRACT

2.1 This Contract is the entire agreement between Rent 2 Riches and the Client.2.2 Any promotional material or illustrative examples do not form part of the Contract.2.3 Rent 2 Riches may alter Products and/or Services without notice provided it does not materially alter the nature of the course.2.4 Rent 2 Riches provides no guarantees as to results, income, or business success.2.5 All scheduling is indicative and may change at Rent 2 Riches’ discretion without liability.

3. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

3.1 The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate purchase details.Cooperate with Rent 2 Riches.Pay Fees on time and in full.Not resell, distribute, or misuse content.Not engage in unlawful activity.Allow Rent 2 Riches to use anonymised business benefits as marketing examples.

3.2 The Client shall indemnify Rent 2 Riches for breaches including:

Hosting or transmitting illegal content.Spamming or unauthorised email marketing.Using purchased leads.Sharing offensive or prohibited content via Rent 2 Riches platforms.

4. FEES AND PAYMENT

4.1 Fees are outlined in the Order confirmation.4.2 All sales are final after 5 days from the date of initial payment.4.3 Payment plans must be completed as agreed. Non-use of the course does not nullify payment obligations.4.4 No deductions or offsets are permitted against amounts due.4.5 Monthly payments are processed on the same calendar day each month.4.6 Payments remain due regardless of course completion.4.7 Rent 2 Riches may process outstanding payments using stored payment details.4.8 Overdue payments exceeding 20 days may result in access suspension.4.9 Continued non-payment may result in referral to a third-party debt collector.4.10 Clients are responsible for decisions made without coercion.

5. REFUND POLICY

5.1 Refund requests must be made within 5 days of initial payment.5.2 Requests must be submitted in writing to: [email protected] No refunds will be issued after 5 days.5.4 Refunds are not issued if digital content or access credentials have been delivered.5.5 Failure to request a refund within 5 days requires full payment of remaining instalments.5.6 Continued declined payments over 3 months may result in court action and a CCJ.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 Liability is limited to the Fees paid in the previous calendar month or 1/12 of annual fees.6.2 Rent 2 Riches is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. NON-COMPETE

7.1 The Client agrees not to create or promote competing products or services that result in loss to Rent 2 Riches.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 All intellectual property belongs to Rent 2 Riches.8.2 Clients are granted a revocable, non-exclusive licence for personal use.8.3 Any IP developed through use of Products and/or Services belongs to Rent 2 Riches.

9. DATA AND PLATFORM USE

9.1 Client Data remains property of the Client.9.2 Rent 2 Riches does not monitor Client Data but reserves the right to remove or report unlawful data.9.3 Inactive accounts with unpaid dues may be deleted after 30 days.9.4 Service access may be suspended for technical, legal or operational reasons with 30 days’ notice if ongoing.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

10.1 All data is treated as confidential and shared only where necessary.10.2 Clients must respect privacy of all other clients.10.3 Breach of confidentiality may result in removal without refund.

11. GENERAL TERMS

11.1 Rent 2 Riches offers no warranties of specific results.11.2 Clients may not assign or share their access.11.3 Any waivers must be in writing.11.4 Terms may be updated by Rent 2 Riches at any time.11.5 Force majeure applies in cases where Client action delays Rent 2 Riches' performance.11.6 Rent 2 Riches may change dates, venues, or service scope.11.7 Disruptive behaviour may result in access removal without refund.11.8 No income or success claims are guaranteed.11.9 Access requires a stable internet connection.

12. CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT

12.1 Access is limited to registered users.12.2 Identity and contributions of other participants must remain private.12.3 Legal remedies may be sought in the event of breach.12.4 Sharing experience is permitted but not other clients’ identities or content.

13. TERMS OF SERVICE & DISCLAIMERS
